On CBS tomorrow night at 6pm, they will be running a story that looks to be on the corruption of local traffic signals, red light cameras, and failure to recognize the MUTCD* standards.
* Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. A group of National standards for things like red lights, speed limits, and stop signs that are based on engineering guidelines. These are usually ignored in favor of politically motivated standards.
