If anybody knows manny please tell him that ineed to talk to him because he still owes me 600 bucks and i want my money its been amonth and suddenly he doesnt pick up his phone so i can only assume the worse that he is trying to rip me off. just to let u know u picked the wrong person too mess with.

Just an FYI from reading THIS (http://www2.greenliquid.com:9000/orldsm/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2655) thread, Manny supposedly doesn't live in this state anymore.

I have received an email from Manny. He has told me that he is overseas with the military; sent on short notice. His internet access is obviously limited.

The short version I got was that there is a dispute on the origin and state of repair of the tranny. Obviously there are a few versions of this story missing. I don't think you'll find the police very sympathetic to your plight, though.

so what did he say about paying me my money, by the wayif he is trying to say that the tranny was messed up or something i have lots of people that know that the tranny was in perfect conditon just ask in the tampa dsm board.

Jason or 91awd is on this board. But if manny is unreachable you will not be able to do much. I am a friend if Jason's and I have heard a few things that go against what you are saying. I have seen emails from you to manny as well. So I think if you have a dispute with manny it is best solved privately and not by trying to win any favor on this board.

You have Manny's info from his profile correct? That is all we can offer you. I left this thread open in hopes it would all settle out, but to be honest with you, I have grown tired of it. It is no one elses mess to get into. There is no reason anyone on this board has to get involved other than the 2 main parties. I hope you get it resolved, but I also hope that you understand that if he is in Bagdad fighting for our country, that is WAY more important.

This thread is locked. Please take this up in a personal fashion with the other party.
