Nothing but good things to say about this place. He does a 24hr turn-around (unless he needs to order parts). 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. The guy has been building turbo's for 13 years and really knows his stuff.

We were looking for a place locally to rebuild my brothers 16G. We went to several places in Orlando. All of them said we needed a new cartrige ($400+). I called Charlie up and he said to bring it by. We went there and he said no problem. He almost had it rebuilt while we talked. He charged $300 for the rebuild.

Have dealt with him for a few things, he knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Charlie has been around turbos for a long time.

I brought my t/3 t/4 hybrid to him after the shaft on my turbo snapped. He did a total overhaul on it. He replaced the carttidge, wheels on both sides, all new bearings, sand blasted and painted the turbine housing and clipped the turbo. Got all of this done in a day and was really cheap for the work. A+++++ merchant.
