Hey guys, I paid for and SAFC and the kids name is Dustin Toth, 1501 Sabal Oak Lane, Orlando Florida. I paid through money order of 160 dollars. If anybody has any information that would be great. Also, dont deal with anybody who's name contains boostman or Dustin. Thanks

iv had problems with the same guy. the only thing is he gave me a different address to send the money too. although i tracked down the address and got the money order back before it was spent. he use to work for James Waters(blacktalonawd) on the board, talk to him and he might be of further assistance. sorry about your luck man

A good friend of mine is also getting ripped off for $375 for a big 16g turbo. He recived the money order and it was cashed but he has stopped responding to emails under my current address as well as from my friends. I emailed him under another email address and he claims to still have it for sale for $375 :flamemad:

I tried to get ahold of him, when 90tsi called me, fortunately his money order got sent to me and not him. I havent been in contact with him since the end of december. I know he moved back to the Milwaukee, Wi area, but unfortunately thats all i know.

only number i had for him was his orlando cell #, i just tried to call it and some spanish individual answered. its 407-415-6861, I think it has been reassigned though, I called it a while back after I got that money order in that was addressed to him, and it was dissconnected.

I updated thre Tampa board also. I'll get you all the info today. I spent the night at the Animal hospital, because my dog destroyed her leg. She may not have use of it anymore.

Sorry, I havent been up on this thread, lately. My dog broke her leg & has been at the vet & havin surgery & all. SO I have been quite busy.

Just to let you know. Dustin Toth IS IN Wi. He isnt in Fl, unless he comes down here to sign fo rthe stuff & goes right back up. So someone may be cahoots with him. I promised his nextdoor neighbors phone number to you all. But dont want you al calling him. SO I will PM it to the starter of this thread & you can all contact him regarding this matter. There isnt much else I can do legally, because he did nothing to me. The best thing is to take this case to a lawyer( most give free first consults) with the info * have provided you all & go from there. A call to his local law enforcement agency, will help also.
For right now, if you all know each other or can meet with each other( Friday at Wal-Mart right?) would be your best bet, so you can find out EXACTLY what he stole, swap you names & numbers, any other info, so you can have more proof for your lawers.

Tom, these guys are all over the U.S. They are not just here local. This is really a federal case and those involved need to call the FBI also. It deals with mail fraud!

Hi everyone this is the real Dustin Toth, i had happened to check this site and my name is posted all over the site. I really would like to clear alot of things up on here. My identity was stolen! Along with 3 credit cards maxed out over 10,000 dollars, and two cell phones opened up with over 1800 dollars on them. I have contacted the authorities along with the credit card companies investigating this along with the FBI i truly hope this will be taken care of!! As James can vouch for me i moved from Florida the end of Novemeber and it looks like alot of this stuff was done in january and february. Dustin, you need to understand that they are not going to believe you. They were ripped off, therefore they think you are a scumbag. They are not going to just be OK with it being you came in here and posted that you suffered identity theft. I think you can understand that.

Next, I think this has gone far enough on this BB. I really do not think posting your ID to the internet, with your signature on it, is a good idea, so I removed it. You need to email these guys a contact phone number at the very least. Then deal with this somewhere else.

Earlier Dustin quoted "...me i moved from Florida the end of Novemeber..." I sent my money order to his old work (james waters' business, first choice auto) and it was recieved there during the second week of december. James quoted "That is my business address, and the only mail I recieved for him after he left was returned to the sender." Now obviously there is a flaw in someones logic here, being as that my money order was not returned back to me, it was cashed on dec. 15. So someone here is not being completely honest. I also find it very ironic that Dustin Toth is into dsm's and has a 92 tsi, and the "person that stole his identity" is also into dsm's, said he had a 92 tsi and knew quite a lot about them. I would like to get to the bottom of this so everyone can get there money back.

I sent him the money last monday (may 23rd) and I havent heard from him since. I have the address I sent the money to. Thanks. I have contacted the police and I am going to go to the post office to see if they can do anything about it. I have also thought about going to that address he gave me because I know someone who lives in wisconsin.
