last saturday night i was out and it was very cold out, i was in I-4 when i downshifted to 4th gear to merge lanes, when all of a sudden i got a check engine light. I reset the ECU and went away, car drives fine and no prob. Was on my way back from the mall tonight and it is very cold again and i got the light again.Wondering if this cold weather is causing the Ecu to throw a CEL. I hope is not that P0300 code of random misfire or the tranny code. The car is still running good and no problems, I maybe wondered if it was for a fuel cut but i didnt feel anything both times. Anyone have the same problem? ;)

Go to discount auto and have them pull the code.

miguel,
i am sure you have the P0304 code. Its a cold engine misfire in cylinder 4. Its a sensitivity issue with the programming. I get that every time it gets cold. The dealer can flash it away, but you will lose any aftermarket programming. The dealership told me it has nothing to do with the driveability of the car.
